Blueberry Pecan Pie Smoothie
I’ve got a delicious smoothie to share with you this Valentine’s Day!
Does anyone else have as much trouble photographing drinks as I do? 🤦🏻♀️ This tastes way better than the picture looks. 😂
My friend Bobby P. sends me delicious recipes to try all the time. When he sent the recipe for this Pecan Smoothie I knew I had to try it.
I’ve made it a few times now and added a few key ingredients that really put it over the top for me.
This smoothie is great for breakfast or a snack. It tastes like pecan pie! So good!

Ingredients
1/4 cup Pecans
2 dates, pitted
1 1/2 cups almond milk (or other plant based milk)
Cinnamon, to taste (the recipe called for 3/4 tsp but I used about 2 teaspoons)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (I love VegeMeal)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (more if you want it thicker)
1 tsp flax seeds
Put all ingredients into blender.
Blend on high
Drink and enjoy!
