Kathy Koher Wellness
Helping you find consistency and sustainability on and off the mat.
You want to create consistent and sustainable habits, but no matter what you do, you can’t find any grounding.
You feel stuck. You keep starting, stopping, and restarting the same habits repeatedly.
You want your habits to stick but don’t know where to start.
Even when you find some consistency, something knocks you off track, and starting again gets harder and harder.
I’m Kathy, an Ashtanga yoga teacher and health and wellness coach who helps you find consistency and sustainability on and off the mat.
Creating consistent and sustainable habits doesn’t have to be complicated; you just need the right tools.
Consistency looks different every day. The key to making your habits sustainable is to get rid of your all-or-nothing attitude and learn to meet yourself where you are.
Once you learn the foundational principles of creating consistent and sustainable habits, you can stop spinning on the hamster wheel of repeatedly starting, stopping, and restarting the same habits and finally have the life you’ve been dreaming of.
I’ve spent over twenty years learning to make my yoga practice consistent and sustainable. I’ve practiced through injuries, chronic illnesses, and an ever-aging body, and I’ve learned to adapt my practice to make it doable no matter what is going on in my life.
I’ve taken what I’ve learned on my mat and used those same tools to transform my habits in daily life, and I will pass that knowledge along to you.
Something is always better than nothing. Knowing this makes it much easier to approach your habits in a doable and sustainable way—no matter what life throws your way, you can handle it.
You are capable of so much more than you give yourself credit for. When you take time to care for yourself, you can take care of everyone and everything else.
You just need the right tools and someone to believe in you until you begin to believe it yourself.
