Giant Vegan Mushroom Meatballs

Do you love spaghetti and meatballs? I love them too! When I first became a vegetarian many moons ago I used vegetarian sausage and vegetarian ground beef to make my meatballs. They tasted really great but the meat substitutions are highly processed. I knew I wanted to find a better and healthier alternative. 


🍝 You can imagine my excitement when I saw The First Mess Giant Vegan Mushroom Meatballs! No highly processed ingredients and they also include one of my favorite ingredients, mushrooms! πŸ„ 

🍝 This is not the first time I had made these amazing meatballs. They have been a family favorite since she first put them on her blog. We have made them with garlic bread like she suggested. We have made mushroom meatball sandwiches with them. We have put them on top of our favorite gluten free spaghetti (pictured above). We have eaten them cold straight from the refrigerator! That’s how good they are!
