Gluten Free Vegan Pumpkin Scones with Creamy Maple Glaze

As I’ve mentioned before I am not the best baker. I like to wing it when I’m cooking so exact measurements are not my forte. The problem is I love baked goods! Finding gluten free vegan baked goods that taste great, don’t have a ton of ingredients including preservatives, and don’t cost a small fortune is tough. I am trying to turn over a new leaf and start to measure like a baker.

I love scones! I have been searching for a great gluten free scone and came across this recipe for Gluten Free Vegan Pumpkin Scone with Creamy Maple Glaze by Detoxinista.


The scones were easy to make and made the entire house smell amazing! They were so tasty too! When Dave and Parker ask me to make these again I know I’ve won! They also make sure to remind me when they can tell things are gluten free but not this time! 🏻


The only change I made to the recipe was I used my cashew almond butter instead of the raw cashew butter she called for. They still tasted amazing! Are you going to make these? Let me know in the comments!
