Sourdough Blueberry Muffins

I’m one of those people who hates to throw things away. I’m constantly throwing together a meal with all the veggies we have so nothing goes bad.


My sourdough starter has me cringing every time I feed it and have to throw away the leftover. We have been making pizza dough with one starter but since I have two I was just throwing the other away.


I started researching what else I could do with my sourdough discard and I came across this Blueberry Muffin Sourdough Recipe by The Gingered Whisk.


I gave one to Parker and Dave to taste and they gave it a 10 out of 10! I would definitely call that a win. The recipe did call for a topping which sounded amazing but I didn’t make. I thought the muffins tasted fantastic without it!
