My coaching is personal, compassionate, and grounded in real life. Together we'll build a plan that actually fits your values, your schedule, and your energy, so you can get out of your head and into action, stop starting over, and start trusting yourself again.

HI, I’M KATHY!

Here's what I know to be true: you are capable of creating the life you want. Sometimes you just need someone in your corner, cheering you on, holding you accountable, and believing in you until you start believing in yourself.

We make consistency harder than it needs to be. We pile on every change we want to make all at once, then wonder why we can't overhaul our entire lives overnight. Real change doesn't work that way. It comes from small actions, repeated over time, that quietly build into something bigger than you expected.

I've lived this. From years as a competitive swimmer to over two decades of Ashtanga practice, I've learned how to meet myself where I am, how to be kind to myself, show up anyway, and just do the thing, whatever that looks like on any given day.

And I've watched what happens when it clicks for someone else. There's this moment when the light goes on, when you can see it in them, the excitement, the realization that they can actually do this. That moment is why I do this work.
