Celery, Pineapple, Ginger Juice

My new favorite juice!

Sometimes when I juice I like to have a plan; I’ll go to the store with specific ingredients in mind. Sometimes I just grab whatever is in the house and go for it. This juice falls into the second category.

It’s fun to throw ingredients together and then have them turn into something amazing. I was thrilled that this juice turned out that way.

I combined celery, apple, pineapple, lemon, cucumber, and ginger. Delicious!

Juicing is a great way to make sure you get plenty of fruits and veggies in. They are loaded with nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. The celery, pineapple and ginger are great for your digestive system, lowering inflammation, and increasing your immunity.

I love my omega juicer. It is a masticating juicer. What this means is, it doesn’t heat up as it is process your fruits and veggies so it helps to preserve the nutrients including enzymes and antioxidants. It also produces a higher quality juice that’s less foamy and has a more intense flavor. I had been wanting this juicer for 3 years before I finally bought it. I just wish I had bought it sooner.
