Jumbo Vegan, Grain-Free Tahini Chocolate Chunk Cookie

Just in case you didn’t hear me mention it before, I had a rough week! Am I getting those sympathy and/or empathy points?

It’s funny, when I am not feeling the first place I want to be is in the kitchen. I always feel like I can use food to nourish myself back to health.
