Miso-Glazed Maitake Mushroom Burgers

MUSHROOM MAGIC! I love mushrooms and luckily so does my family. I love the meaty and often earthy taste of them.

Not only do they taste good, they are good for you. They’re packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Add them to soups, sandwiches, wraps, pasta, basically anything you like.

This amazing dish is Miso Glazed Maitake Mushroom Burgers by Linda Shue of Epicurious. I changed it up just a little by putting over toasted sourdough bread and kept it open faced. I left out the Swiss cheese and red onion but loved the additional of peppery arugula. This may be one of the best mushroom recipes I’ve tried for a while. It made the whole house smell amazing and was ready in about 20 minutes. You can’t beat that! Let me know when you try it and what you think.
