Pumpkin Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

I love cookies. ❤️ I don’t make them very often because I have absolutely no self control. 🤦🏻‍♀️

🍪 It was raining for most of the weekend in Atlanta. For some reason rain always puts me in the mood to bake. I’ve been in a pumpkin mood lately so I thought I would look up a good pumpkin chocolate chip recipe. I ended up finding one that was also gluten free. 

🍪 The cookies turned out amazing! They are fluffy and delicious. I was told that they may taste more like a muffin than a cookie but either way they are still good. 😉😂 The recipe came from Eating Bird Food. It was the first recipe I made from her blog but definitely won’t be the last. I highly recommend trying them!
