If you are looking for an amazing salad look no further! This Corn & Chickpea Bowl with Miso Jalapeño Tahini is 🔥! I love how simple this recipe was to make and how I had all the ingredients on hand.

Tahini is my new favorite ingredient. I have been using it in dressings, sauces, and deserts. (If you haven’t tried tahini and chocolate together then you are missing out!) It is so versatile and good for you too!

Tahini contains more protein than milk and most nuts. It's a rich source of B vitamins that boost energy and brain function, vitamin E, which is protective against heart disease and stroke, and important minerals, such as magnesium, iron and calcium.
